Two Sisters on High Yackandandah

This beautiful cafe is an absolute delight to visit. The service was warm and friendly, the food was delicious and the coffees were great. The decor is luxurious. We were here for breakfast, twice, but I’d love to come for high tea. I can only imagine the magnificent delights that would await.

Finding this place was such a treat! My husband and I are so glad we stopped in for breakfast. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. The service was great and it’s a spot we’d definitely recommend. We can’t wait to go back!

I've now visited Two Sisters on High twice — first with a friend for her birthday, and I was so impressed I just had to return with my parents! The lunches were absolutely spectacular. From the beautifully presented meals that made you excited to dive in, to the delicious desserts that are a must, everything was top-notch. Come hungry — you'll want to try it all! The café itself is just lovely. The decor made me feel like I was having high tea at The Windsor in Melbourne — cozy chairs in soft blue hues with gold accents create a warm, elegant vibe. The staff were friendly and welcoming on both visits, and the bathrooms were spotless (something I always appreciate). Coffees were made to order and perfect, even the more customised ones. There’s also outdoor seating if you prefer a bit of fresh air. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend booking ahead — it’s popular for a reason!

Went for lunch today with a group of 4. Was already impressed with the friendliness when I rang to book! This friendliness just got better when we arrived. Amazing service! Fantastic atmosphere and decor (gold cutlery, matching patterns on the curtains, cups etc. Just gorgeous!! Quick and beautiful food! Decent sized servings too! It’s a little on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it! Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much!

We've been meaning to come here for ages. Food was fantastic, lovely inside and stubby and warm out the back. V clean loos etc.

What a delightful find! Very stylish decor, super attentive and friendly, smiling staff and delicious food. Even if you just went for coffee, you wouldn’t be disappointed- excellent coffee! The menu was a smidge limited on the day of my visit, but my choice was tasty and a very generous serving. The outlook is rather gorgeous too. Stop in and enjoy!

On the other side of the street... Friendly and efficient customer service combined with very good coffee and food (read date cake) worthy of pausing a diet! Fresh atmosphere with comfortable seating and pro-conversation acoustics.

Absolutely what Yackandandah needed . We live in Wodonga and regularly visit Yack for a weekend coffee and wander. It’s been a long time since Yack has had such a cozy, friendly, warm and welcoming cafe environment. The coffee and cakes are incredible and the service outstanding. I love everything about this place and will definitely be coming back (more often than expected) to visit this place.
